A new smart service

Since last spring, our team has been working hard on a project to improve IHR Telecom’s customer experience.

Introducing our smart parcel locker service. It brings quick and flexible equipment pickup and drop off to a location that’s convenient for our customers. And it’s available now.

When we were looking for a central location in the eastern half of our fibre optic network service area, Cowansville was the obvious choice.

The entire IHR Telecom team would like to thank IGA Daigneault in Cowansville for partnering with us in this pilot project.
